My other running necessities include my Garmin and my iPod. I could make do without the Garmin because I know certain routes are certain distances - but I won't like it. And ask me to run without my iPod? Forget it.
(Sidebar: when D and I went for our first run together I clipped on my iPod and put one ear bud in, thinking this wouldn't be an issue. He looked at me like I had two heads! Even though I could still hear him clearly, he wasn't having the iPod in my ear. At. All.
Fast forward to when he was training for his half-marathon. He actually thought we could run together and he was going to put both ear buds in. His excuse was that running with music is awesome and he could still hear me. Oh, the hypocrisy).
But I digress...
Okay so besides the Garmin and my iPod, what are the additional gadgets or items I have to take with me now that I am with child??
In no particular order, my pregnancy running must haves:

My only complaint about it: the pocket is tiny so it fits a car key and a gel, but it isn't big enough for my iPhone. There are larger options, but they are a bit too big for me.
My complaint about this bad boy: If you live in Canada like I do, apparently this beast costs $45, or the lady on the phone was mistaken...Either way, I got mine in the states - so drive across the border to a Motherhood Maternity store or buy off Amazon and ship to one of the many mailbox services in bordering American towns. It is a MUST MUST have item.
And really, that's it. Not a ton of fancy gadgetry, but enough to keep me and baby supported and hydrated.
And of course for those days when I had no interest in running but made myself go anyways, I'd download the 4FeetRunning Podcasts with Nic and Dan off iTunes. I listened to them while training for my first half and then listened to them again this fall. Nothing like laughing yer arse off while running to make you forget that you are running - if that's what you're looking for.
And just in case you're curious about my iPod:
